7月31號，由嚴創科技制造生產的中頻爐機械手順利完成裝柜，即將開啟他們的沙特旅程。

爐前機械手，是嚴創科技針對眾多鋼廠融化廢鋼問題而研發生產的設備。它能輕松壓實加料時部分卡阻的較大體積的廢鋼或過于疏松的輕薄料，使廢鋼體積迅速縮小、密實度增大；從而提高能量轉換，極大地提高了感應爐的熔煉效率。同時能快速、靈活的把感應爐周邊的廢鋼及打包壓塊掃進爐體。附帶遠程進程兩種遙控操作，使操作人員遠離爐口區域，減少安全隱患。

爐前機械手技術創新：

（1）全機構創新采用液壓缸驅動機械手的伸縮、升降和旋轉功能，驅動力大，運行平穩。

（2）伸縮機構前端撥桿創新設計為快裝結構，可以實現快速更換。

（3）液壓元件創新集中設計在設備后部，能遠離熱源，增加設備運行的穩定性和可靠性。液壓站配備11KW高效節能油泵電機組，在設備不工作時自動停泵卸壓，進出油溫有水冷設備進行冷卻，溫度差值控制在5℃左右。

（4）電氣控制方式采用就地和遠程兩種控制方式，可以自由切換。遠控操作能自由停機和緊急切斷電源。

（5）設備體積小，操作方便、靈活。

On July 31, the manipulator of IF furnace manufactured by Yanchuang technology successfully completed the cabinet loading and is about to start their journey to Saudi Arabia.

The IF manipulator is the equipment developed and produced by Yanchuang technology for melting scrap in many steel mills. It can easily compact the large volume of scrap or too loose light and thin materials partially blocked during feeding, so as to rapidly reduce the volume of scrap and increase the compactness; Thus, the energy conversion is improved and the smelting efficiency of the induction furnace is greatly improved. At the same time, it can quickly and flexibly sweep the scrap and packing pressing block around the induction furnace into the furnace body. With two remote control operations of remote process, the operator can stay away from the furnace mouth area and reduce potential safety hazards.
Today, Yanchuang technology's IF manipulator has been exported to many countries in the world, such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Myanmar, Nigeria, Algeria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Egypt, etc...

Technical innovation of IF manipulator:

 (1) The whole mechanism innovatively adopts hydraulic cylinder to drive the telescopic, lifting and rotating functions of the manipulator, with large driving force and stable operation.

 (2) The front-end paddle of the telescopic mechanism is innovatively designed as a quick installation structure, which can realize rapid replacement.

 (3) The innovative design of hydraulic components is concentrated at the rear of the equipment, which can be far away from the heat source and increase the stability and reliability of equipment operation. The hydraulic station is equipped with 11kw high-efficiency energy-saving oil pump motor unit, which automatically stops the pump for pressure relief when the equipment is not working. The inlet and outlet oil temperature is cooled by water-cooling equipment, and the temperature difference is controlled at about 5 ℃.

 (4) The electrical control mode adopts local and remote control modes, which can be switched freely. The remote control operation can shut down freely and cut off the power supply in an emergency.

 (5) The equipment has the advantages of small volume, convenient and flexible operation.
